Embassy Suites Hotel

3 Steps Necessary to Attend the Fall Retreat
Step #1 - Purchase your Registration Fee ($325) by March 23, 2020 (required). We are suspending the late this year in lieu of the present health situations concerning the Virus!
Step #2 - Purchase your Meal Plan ($200) by April 12th, 2020 (optional, but recommended).
Step #3 - If you are choosing to stay at The Embassy Suites Hotel you must make your lodging reservations directly with them. The instructions are shown below. To ensure you receive the special CLM Group Rate you must make your hotel reservations by March 23, 2020, or before they SELL OUT, which has happened the last 5 years. Reserve Early!
TIP: Why should I consider staying at The Embassy Suites or at another Hotel and purchasing the Meal Plan?
CLM suggests staying at The Embassy Suites Hotel and doing the Meal Plan. Because the work often goes very deep and the schedule is unpredictable, being able to walk up to your hotel room at breaks, instead of having to drive home, makes things easier and more efficient for you to receive the fullest benefit of your retreat experience. Please tune in to see what is best for you, but please know that the hotel requests that no outside food is to be brought into the hotel.
Special Announcement from the office of Celebrating Life Ministries
Because of the nationwide outbreak of the CornonaVirus, we want to assure our retreat participants of the steps we are encouraging everyone to take if you chose to participate with our community retreat on April 23-25, 2020.
We welcome everyone who can come and desires to be apart of this special weekend for spiritual renewal and healing.
It is written in Matthew 8: 1-4 that “Large crowds followed Jesus as he came down the hillside. Look! A leper is approaching. He kneels before him, worshiping. “Sir,” the leper pleads, “if you want to, you can heal me.” Jesus touches the man. “I want to,” he says. “Be healed.” And instantly the leprosy disappears. Then Jesus says to him, “Don’t stop to talk to anyone; go right over to the priest to be examined; and take with you the offering required by Moses’ law for lepers who are healed—a public testimony of your cure.”
As a healing ministry, we will be hosting the Presence at this retreat like all other retreats. There will be laying of hands & soaking prayer during this event and at the same time creating a safe, healthy and healing environment for all participants.
To maintain a healthy and healing environment for all participants, we respectfully ask for your discernment:
If you have any of the symptoms listed below at the time preceding the retreat, during the retreat, or if you have been in contact with anyone that have any of these symptoms at the time preceding the retreat please do not signup or attend the event. We ask that you please stay at home and participate through prayer.
- Let us know of your or of a loved one’s condition and we will add these prayer petitions to the remote healing list. This form of healing can be as powerful as receiving in person. *Know that you will be included every day of the retreat during remote healings.
- Please send emails for remote healing requests to:
? Cecelia Walsh at firstname.lastname@example.org
? Renee Plendl at email@example.com
? Maya Paul at firstname.lastname@example.org

In addition, should you develop any of these symptoms you must leave after notifying a designated team member and take care of yourself? However, you will be compensated by CLM your registration fee if you signed up & can’t attend because you’ve had symptoms 14 days prior to the event or need to leave because symptoms have started during the event. Note: If your choosing to stay at the Embassy Suites, that would be a separate issue with your provider.
To ensure the health and safety of all participants, the Hotel will be taking the following preparations to make the public areas sanitary: Rest assured, the Embassy Suites, along with all Hilton hotels, is providing a safe, welcoming environment for all guests. We are following all of Hilton’s established protocols in responding to the coronavirus (COVD- 19) outbreak such as: additional cleaning and having hand sanitizers in all public areas and plenty of soap in all of our guest suites. We are taking extra cleaning measures in all public areas, frequently touched areas and guest rooms. We are actively monitoring novel coronavirus (COVD-19) updates from the WHO and CDC, and responding based on the best advice of medical professionals and public health authorities.
Throughout the retreat, CLM will be taking steps to ensure a healthy environment:
- Hand sanitizer at the doors
- Hand sanitizer at all the healing stations
- Individual pen & paper
- Disposable facemasks for people who start to feel sick
- During Healing Services:
- Participants can choose not to come up for hands-on healings and remain seated
- Participants that don’t want soaking prayer will be asked to place some type of cloth or ribbon on their shoulder (CLM to provide)
The World Health Organization makes the following recommendations:
· Wash hands often and for at least 20-30 seconds
· If you have hand sanitizer that is 60-70% alcohol, with the same thoroughness you'd use to wash your hands. (Washing hands is more effective, but hand sanitizer can help.)
· Do not touch your face — especially eyes, nose, mouth — (unless you have just washed your hands). Most of us touch our faces many times a day without realizing it — so this is an excellent exercise in mindfulness.
Additional recommendations include when coughing and sneezing use a tissue or cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve
As a reminder, if you are sick, stay home. If you become sick while at.the retreat, put on a mask, notify a team member and leave as soon as possible.
